Chicken Pot Pie – Make no mistake, we LOVE us some old-fashioned chicken pot pie, but as Texans, beef is in our blood! Our adaptation of the timeless classic to use beef in place of chicken has produced a match made in Heaven! We take home cut cubes of beef pot roast, using only the freshest beef, and slowly simmer in our fresh mushroom cream gravy and homemade beef stock until they’re fork tender and will melt in your mouth as though they were made of butter. We then add our freshly cut carrots, potatoes, and sweet peas, wrap in our signature pie crust and bake to perfection! Truly, nothing can beat a homemade beef pot pie!
